1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Marriage of God, LLC’s websites, programs, coaching services, digital products, event registrations, and any offerings provided under our DBAs, including but not limited to:

• Bae to Bride Movement
• Marriage of God
• Rhodes Coach
• The Automation Authority
• Walking Worthy Creations
• Any associated courses, events, memberships, coaching programs, or merchandise

By accessing or purchasing from our sites or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll, purchase, or participate in any program or service. By using our services, you affirm that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

3. Intellectual Property

All content including videos, teaching materials, coaching frameworks, worksheets, branding, curriculum, digital downloads, audio, training sessions, documentation, logos, and proprietary processes is the exclusive property of Marriage of God, LLC and protected by copyright law.

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce materials
• Share login credentials
• Resell, recreate, or reinterpret our proprietary frameworks
• Use our content for your own business or coaching services

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

4. Coaching & Program Expectations

We provide education, mentoring, and coaching support, not therapy, mental health services, or legal or financial advice. You understand that:

• Results vary based on your effort, consistency, and participation
• We do not guarantee a specific outcome (engagement, marriage, reconciled marriage, income, etc.)
• You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results
• You must attend sessions, complete assignments, and communicate openly
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary technology to access the program

5. Payment Terms

By enrolling in any program or purchasing any product, you authorize Marriage of God, LLC to process your payment via credit card, debit card, payment plan, or other approved payment method.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Honor all payment plan obligations
• Pay any outstanding balances in full
• Allow automatic payments on recurring or installment plans

Past-due accounts may be submitted to collections.

6. No-Refund and No-Cancellation Policy

All payments to Marriage of God, LLC and its DBAs are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

This applies to:

• Digital products and downloads
• Online courses
• Coaching programs
• Memberships
• Consulting sessions
• Merchandise
• Event tickets
• Deposits
• Payment plans
• Paid-in-full enrollments

You acknowledge that:

• Your purchase grants immediate access to intellectual property, digital systems, bonus materials, private communities, and reserved coaching availability.
• For this reason, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, missed sessions, changes in circumstance, or perceived value.
• If you enroll using a payment plan, all payments must be completed even if you voluntarily withdraw, stop participating, or fail to attend coaching or events.
• Stopping payment or initiating chargebacks is a breach of this agreement and may result in removal from programs, legal action, and collections activity.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to this No-Refund Policy as a binding condition of service.

7. Refund Dispute & Chargeback Prevention Clause

You acknowledge that all payments to Marriage of God, LLC and its DBAs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Because immediate access is granted to digital materials, intellectual property, community spaces, and reserved coaching availability, you agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

You further agree that:

1. You will contact the Company directly at the email below to resolve any billing concerns before pursuing any third-party dispute process.
2. Any chargeback or dispute filed in violation of this agreement constitutes a breach of contract.
3. If a chargeback is initiated, the Company reserves the right to:
   • Provide evidence to the bank of your acceptance of these Terms
   • Pursue the full outstanding balance of your program
   • Submit your account to collections
   • Terminate your access to all Company programs, services, and communities
4. You will be responsible for all fees, including chargeback fees, legal fees, administrative fees, or collection costs incurred by the Company in defending or resolving the dispute.
5. The Company reserves the right to report non-payment to credit agencies, if applicable.

By enrolling in or purchasing any Company offering, you waive your right to any chargeback or payment reversal based on dissatisfaction, change of circumstances, non-participation, or any reason already covered under the Company’s No-Refund Policy.

8. Confidentiality Clause for Coaching Programs

Marriage of God, LLC maintains a safe, private environment for coaching, mentorship, and community engagement. By participating in any coaching program, group, or event, you agree to protect the confidentiality of all participants, including their personal information, relationship situations, experiences shared, and any materials or discussions within the program.

You agree that:

1. You will not disclose any participant’s identity, personal situation, relationship details, or spoken or written contributions outside the program.
2. You will not share, copy, photograph, record, or distribute coaching calls, group discussions, screenshots, session chat logs, or community content.
3. You will not reproduce or teach any part of the program curriculum, frameworks, methods, coaching processes, or proprietary materials for your own business or public use.
4. Violation of confidentiality may result in:
   • Immediate removal from the program without refund
   • Legal action
   • Liability for damages resulting from the breach
5. The Company also agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding personal matters shared by you, except when:
   • Required by law
   • There is risk of harm to yourself or others
   • You give written permission for information to be shared

Participation in any Marriage of God, LLC coaching container signifies your full agreement and commitment to uphold confidentiality.

9. Installment & Subscription Plans

If you enroll using a payment plan:

• All installments must be completed, even if you choose to stop participating
• Failure to pay may result in removal from the program and additional fees
• Declined payments may be reattempted automatically

10. Community Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, intimidate, or harm others
• Share confidential information from group coaching or community spaces
• Disrupt sessions, communities, or events
• Post inappropriate, hateful, or harmful content

Violation may result in removal without refund.

11. Disclaimer

Marriage of God, LLC makes no guarantee regarding:

• Relationship outcomes
• Engagement timelines
• Marital restoration
• Emotional or psychological shifts
• Financial or business outcomes

All services are educational, motivational, and coaching-based.

12. Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marriage of God, LLC is not liable for:

• Decisions or actions you take based on the coaching
• Relationship or marriage outcomes
• Emotional distress
• Loss of income or opportunities
• Travel or event-related incidents
• Third-party service failures (Zoom, payment processors, platforms, etc.)

Your remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the services.

13. Privacy

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy at marriageofgod.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell personal information.

14. SMS Communications

By submitting a form on any of our websites or landing pages, including marriageofgod.com, marriageofgod.info, and baetobride.com, and by opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive SMS text messages from Marriage of God, LLC and/or Bae to Bride Movement at the phone number provided
• Message types include coaching program information, event reminders, scholarship application updates, appointment confirmations, and promotional offers
• Message frequency varies
• Message and data rates may apply
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchase
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message

• We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third party for their marketing purposes
